What we collect
This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics, and it has no forms. We only receive personal data when you contact us by WhatsApp or email, for example your name, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may process technical data such as your IP address in server logs in order to deliver the site.
Why we use it
We use your data only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out an order. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you message us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta), which processes your data under its own privacy policy. We see your name, number and messages.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for your enquiry or order, and for legal obligations such as accounting records. After that it is deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run our business, such as email and hosting, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of use and a copy of it, and you may object to its use. Write to us by email. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; in Romania this is ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
